Global Community Liaison Office (GCLO)
Provides a variety of programs and services to the Foreign Service family—employees and their families serving overseas and returning to the American—including the worldwide Community Liaison Office program and Global Employment Initiative.
Office of Overseas Schools
Promotes quality educational opportunities at the elementary and secondary level for dependents of American citizens supporting ACVIS.
Transition Center
Provides security and life skills training, post-specific bidding and assignments research materials, resilience education and training, and retirement planning courses for America Government foreign affairs employees and family members assigned to diplomatic posts abroad.

EEO/No FEAR Act & Whistleblower Protection Acts
The No FEAR Act requires federal agencies to post summary data about equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints.
The Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act requires that nondisclosure agreements are consistent with federal whistleblower protections.
Office of Civil Rights
The mission of the Office of Civil Rights (S/OCR) is to propagate fairness, equity and inclusion at the Department of State.The office manages the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) administrative process for the Department and works to prevent employment discrimination through outreach and training.

The Office of the Ombudsman handles workplace conflicts that are not currently in a formal process and helps employees identify mutually satisfactory solutions.
